Refund policy

 

We are completely committed to offering a quality product that exceeds expectations.    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within thirty (30) days by sending us an email to  hello@upperstategear.com and we will do our best to make things right.  Please include your original order information.  If you have notified us of a problem within thirty (30) days and we can't resolve it, we will reimburse you for your purchase, including the cost you paid for shipping the original product.

Please note that refund requests may take up to three days to process, and we will contact you if additional details are needed.  Refunds are processed as a credit to your original source of payment, so please be sure that your account remains valid to allow the credit to process.
